pkluck Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with pkluck. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. pkluck reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account with pkluck. Opening more than one account — whether in your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited. pkluck reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain any deposits made to accounts found to be in violation of this policy.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for updating your account information if any details change.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkluck accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pkluck support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

1.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pkluck may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any point thereafter. Acceptable identification documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Supporting proof of address and payment method documentation may also be requested. Failure to provide required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkluck does not charge currency conversion fees.

2.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at pkluck is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pkluck, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name will be returned and may trigger a compliance review of your account.

2.3 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. pkluck aims to process withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

2.4 Withdrawal Verification

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pkluck reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed. Where fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct is suspected, pkluck may freeze account funds and cooperate with relevant authorities pending investigation.

2.5 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pkluck may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts once this period has elapsed. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts reduced to a zero balance through dormancy fees may be closed at pkluck's discretion.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The specific bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion detail at the time the offer is made. pkluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus funds and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

pkluck employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. The following practices are considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds, withholding of associated winnings, and potential permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements
• Colluding with other players to artificially meet wagering conditions
• Exploiting errors in bonus calculations or system glitches

3.4 General Promotion Terms

Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are available to one player per household, per IP address, and per device. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal conditions. All pkluck promotions are subject to these Terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

4.1 Random Number Generators

All casino games hosted on pkluck — including slots, table games, and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by pkluck, game providers, or any third party. Players acknowledge that previous game results have no bearing on future outcomes.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on pkluck are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as displayed at the time of placement. pkluck reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: incorrect odds being offered due to technical error, match abandonment, result revision by the relevant governing body, or evidence of match manipulation. Cricket markets including BPL, T20, and IPL are subject to the rules of the ICC and the relevant national cricket boards.

4.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during game play, pkluck's logs and records will be used to determine the state of play at the time of the interruption. Where a game cannot be completed due to a technical fault, pkluck will return the stake to the player's account. pkluck is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

4.4 Prohibited Gaming Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkluck platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the pkluck platform

5.1 Player Protection Tools

pkluck provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately upon request. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years, or opt for permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be ceased. To reinstate an account after a fixed-term self-exclusion, a 7-day cooling-off request period applies. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

5.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

pkluck strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. We encourage all account holders who share devices with minors to use parental control software and to ensure that their pkluck account is never accessible to anyone under 21. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the payment source minus any winnings generated.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the pkluck platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and database content — is the exclusive property of pkluck or its licensed third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

6.2 Restricted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkluck platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pkluck platform without prior written consent from pkluck.

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The pkluck platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkluck makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's reliability, availability, accuracy, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose. pkluck does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkluck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if pkluck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, pkluck's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkluck account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Suspension by pkluck

pkluck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, use of prohibited software, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other conduct that pkluck determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other players.

8.2 Closure by Player

You may close your pkluck account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining verified balance — after applicable bonus fund adjustments — will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by pkluck — all bonus balances, pending bonus rewards, and VIP loyalty points are forfeited unless pkluck determines otherwise at its sole discretion. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.

9.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the pkluck platform, you should first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 10 business days.

9.2 Binding Records

pkluck maintains comprehensive transaction logs, game records, and account activity records. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the amount of a transaction, or any other account activity, pkluck's internal records shall be considered authoritative unless a demonstrable technical error can be established. Players are encouraged to retain records of their own transactions and activities.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never formed part of this agreement.
